Requirements: 1, male,20-35 years old, college or high school and higher education; 2, with 1 years relevant work experience; 3, ASM automatically familiar with Bonder (AD892, AD8930), ASM automatic wire bonders (EAGLE60, THAWK) and KAIJO automatic wire bonders and other related models of the maintenance, commissioning and maintenance work; 4, serious and responsible, strong sense of responsibility, obey the leadership, with strong teamwork skills and ability to accept and learn. | |||
